Not Quite Freshly Fallen

We made it home!...To a backyard covered in crunchy, faded leaves that have probably been there at least 2 months. But they're still fun to play in.

We were also welcomed with a counter full of groceries, homemade chili, homemade cookies, and Dove chocolates on my pillow thanks to good friends here!

Other things you might care to know:

It's like 70 degrees! (I know someone cares about that, maybe Grandpa?)

The flights went pretty well... only ONE layover, Drew had his own seat, Owen had a new transformer, we had a working DVD player, and we got ice cream during the layover (that got extended by 1 1/2 hours). All that made up for 2 less-than-nice people we met on our way.

It's weird having our own space again. I feel like I'm playing house and I'm so disoriented... nothing works like my mom's! Microwave, water pressure, broom.... it's all wrong!

Justin gets home around Feb 19.

I'm still due March 5.

And we still don't know when we're moving, just that it will be sometime between May-August.

I bet it's so good to be back even though it's another adjustment! Becky actually called to tell me how nice your friends were with your welcome home so I had to get on here and read it for myself. So sweet!

Glad you made it home safely! I love checking in on your blog, your my inspiration as you'll see in my latest post! I was commenting back to you through my post but i'm not sure if that's how it works, so i'm commenting the same thing here. Does that make sense? I don't mind Justin checking in on the blog at all! I was just wondering if there's a way to tell who's viewing your blog some other way than just through comments? I'm such a noobie...

Maybe you'll find out the day before when you're suppose to leave. That is always so much fun. Been there, done that, even bought the t-shirt. But I am jealous of the weather, since we haven't been above 35 for about a week. Gotta love Utah weather.
