I bought a container of 1500 ladybugs to release today.
Was feeling the need to do something random to celebrate leap day (leapin ladybugs, right?)
But then baseball, homework, dinner, and more baseball got in the way.
Those ladybugs are still sitting in their container.

So here's the only out-of-the-normal thing that happened today:
Sally & I planted some poppy seeds.
In 4-6 weeks we should have some blooms and I can't wait.

Hahah I am soo happy that you bought 1500 ladybugs and released them. But sad there are no pictures. But still happy that it happened and I can imagine it. I love Poppies!
I keep thinking I want to plant some flowers but haven't gotten around to it yet. Cute picture of Sally.
That's why you are cool. Who thinks of lady bugs on leap year...I am doing it in four years!
