Donuts for Dinner

All that fresh produce I got yesterday and we had donuts for dinner.

That's healthy, right?

If you want to be healthy like us, here's the recipe.

They were good.

How fun!! We just went on a little field trip 2 days ago (Sat.)morning to Krispy Kreme to show the boys how donuts were made. They were yuMmAy!! LOVE the custard filled ones. I remember making homemade ones when I was little. You're just such a FUN Mom!

I've been so afraid of ever trying to make donuts ever since I set my kitchen ablaze trying to make them when I was 13. I set the oil on fire--then the whole floor. Scary!

I attempted to comment yesterday, and had to leave unexpectedly, came back 8 hrs later with your comment page still up on my screen. Anyway just wanted to say the chef walk thing looked like my kind of fun. And I was so happy that the chef pointed out that M.C. is not nice, I noticed it right away on top chef masters, and was so glad he didn't win!
P.S. You look like your having the best time in Monterey!

I'd have to agree with Ann above, Monterey seems to suit you perfectly! Beautiful beaches & now this chef walk business...It really looks like you're in heaven...We love making donuts too, I think it's time to do it again soon :)

LOL (again) "Hoe-made" ...as opposed to "home-made". 'Cause they are TOTALLY different!
