Running and Me

8/14

Running and me don't normally get along, but we're trying to work it out so I can lose some pounds.

I have never ran a mile straight in my life.

My best mile time is 9:58. That was in junior high. And that included walking.

At least I can laugh while I run now (those 2 things used to never happen at the same time)... but Justin rides beside me pulling the trailer crammed with 3 kids. It's funny to look over and see their little heads staring at me. They look like triplets.

And then there was today when Owen decided to ride too... in his fuzzy helmet and pj's.
This is what happens when I take a picture while running. Does it make you think I'm going fast?

So hilarious, have Justin take a picture of you running and laughing at the same time. Keep it up!

That's great...way to go! I love the picture of the three kids...I can only imagine. Our two are totally crammed in there. Not as spacious as it looks! Keep up the good work. I'm working on the mental factor of it, too!

Way to go! Good thing you have some cuties to look at while you're suffering :)

Wow! I'm impressed at your lightening fast speed after giving birth to triplets. And I second the nomination to pass the camera over to Justin to get a shot of you laughing while running at the speed of light at the same time. I'm wondering if it will be as good as the kite picture.

Since your post is entitled running and me shouldn't there be a picture of you running. Good luck with the running thing, I keep telling myself when I am 30 I'm going to start taking care of myself, so here's to one more year of being lazy.

You should've never said Justin was riding beside you...I thought you were pushing all three while you were running. Hey if you are keeping up with them....or closely trailing behind, your still doing good :)

Good for you! I HATE running. I have no desire to run a mile, I feel horrible after it! BUT I do wish I enjoyed it. It is a good cardio work out! Now you can start doing marathons! As for me it is the gym! I love the classes, they push me so I cannot cheat or give up early!

I so hate running as well- but I need to lose the pounds! You might get me to go walking if I lived there, maybe when it cools down here... The kids look so cute in there, I bet they love it!
